According to Google India Research, by 2021 India is expected to generate $100 billion online retail revenue out of which $35 billion will be through fashion e-commerce. Online apparel sales are set to grow four times in the coming years.

On September 6, 2016, Reliance Industries launched Jio to the public, thereby creating a new era. With cheap pricing internet and several free offers, it molded the average Indian mindset with a craving for more data.

People with no access to the Internet were given access and existing Internet users were given more data which provided them with a wide array of browsing possibilities. This meant more eyes viewing the content you put out on the internet. All this gave a push to Digital Market promoting Net Banking, UPI transfers, and Online surveys.
